Shipping costs, delivery limits and return eligibility for Crownley orders.
Shipping is included in displayed product prices for current checkout: Crownley adds no separate shipping charge. Current checkout supports US and Canadian delivery addresses, subject to a supported supplier route. Orders ship from supplier warehouses, which may be outside your country. No US warehouse location or guaranteed arrival date is implied.
Inventory and supplier routing are checked before fulfillment. Processing time varies by product and warehouse. Transit begins after dispatch; supplier transit estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates and do not include processing or customs delays. Contact customer care before paying if delivery timing is essential.
Tracking details are linked to your order after supplier dispatch. Customs duties, import taxes or carrier clearance charges may be payable separately to the relevant authority or carrier. Crownley does not calculate a separate tax or duty line at current checkout.
Request an eligible return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused and in original condition with original packaging. Use Returns & claims with your order number before mailing anything: customer care supplies authorization and the appropriate return address. Customer-paid return postage applies to change-of-mind returns; no restocking fee is charged. Do not send items to an unconfirmed supplier address.
