Information we collect

We collect information needed to process orders, provide customer care and prevent fraud. This may include contact, delivery and order information.

Optional analytics

Only after you allow analytics, we use a random browser-session identifier to measure page views, product views, cart actions and checkout steps. Event records retain page paths without query strings, campaign labels and event values for up to 90 days. We do not retain raw IP addresses, full user-agent strings, email addresses or payment tokens in this anonymous funnel. Recognized bots and marked tests are excluded. Choose Necessary only to browse and pay without these analytics.

Payments

Payment information is processed securely by the payment provider selected at checkout, including Stripe or PayPal when available. Crownley does not store complete card numbers on its servers.

Service providers & choices

We share the information needed for payment, supplier fulfillment, delivery and customer support with involved providers. Optional advertising technologies are loaded only with consent and when configured. You may request access to or deletion of eligible personal information and unsubscribe from marketing messages. To change optional analytics consent, clear the Crownley privacy-choice entry in your browser site storage and choose again on your next visit.
